VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO D.O.C.G

GRAPES
90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo Nero, Mammola and Merlot
HARVEST
From the 27th of September until the 7th of October.
WINE MAKING
Fermentation in vats with a 20 day long maceration at a controlled temperature of around 28°C.
REFINING
Two years in small and medium size French oak barrels inside cellars at a constant temperature.
Bottled ageing for at least eight months.
FOOD MATCHING
Traditional tuscan dishes, red meats, venison and seasoned cheeses.
IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE
16-20°C.
